    The paper challenges William Alston’s argument against doxastic deontology, the view that we have epistemic duties concerning our beliefs.     The concept of the “End of History” was originally developed by G. W. F. Hegel in the Phenomenology of the spirit in 1806 (Hegel, 2018). The concept can be closely related to a utopia, the completion of the work of philosophers, and the creation of a perfect framework of the finished system of ideas.
