Abstract
I feel very privileged and honoured to be here today, coming out of the cold north to this warm city and to be in such distinguished company. The first paper of Session IV is by Martine Bungener from the Laboratoire d’Economie et de Gestion des Organisations de Santé at the University of Paris IX-Dauphine. It will be presented on her behalf by Dr Blaney.
