L’instauration de la représentation pour la conscience et le déchiffrement du monde comme volonté renvoient en effet l’une et l’autre uniment à l’expérience de la corporéité intime, et seule la différence des perspectives empruntées par le philosophe permet de les distinguer. C’est donc aussi bien dans l’ordre transcendantal que du point de vue empirique que le corps est chez Schopenhauer la clé du monde. By neglecting the demands of Schopenhauer on the right way to approach his works, readers have ignored the fact that the two propositions expressed by the title of his masterpiece The World as Will and Representation can in fact be reduced to just one: the world as corporeity. The adoption of representation for conscience and the deciphering of the world as will both refer plainly similarly to the experience of intimate corporeity, and only the difference in the perspectives adopted by the philosopher makes it possible to distinguish them. It is thus both in the transcendental order and from the empirical point of view that the body is the key to the world for Schopenhauer. |
