Beginning with this issue, members of all divisions of the Society for Women in Philosophy, including Canadian SWIP and Australian SWIP, and members of the International Association of Women Philosophers (IAPh) can subscribe to Hypatia for an annual subscription rate of $19.50. If you are currently a member of SWIP, be sure to renew your membership this year to take advantage of this extraordinary offer. We would also like to urge you to support the Hypatia International Fund. Through this fund, subscriptions to Hypatia are sent to a number of international universities that would not otherwise be able to subscribe. Just a few quotes from those receiving Hypatia through the International Fund will give you a sense of the importance of these subscriptions. From Olga Voronina, Director of the Moscow Center for Gender Studies: “MCGS has received Hypatia for a number of years and we are very thankful for that donation. You can contribute to the Hypatia International Fund either by sending your tax-free contribution directly to the Hypatia offices (see Guidelines for Contributors in this issue for our address) or by including a contribution with your regular dues payments to SWIP. We also solicit suggestions from SWIP members for other programs or institutions to fund in this way. Send your suggestions directly to the Hypatia offices. You may elect to fully fund the cost of an international subscription and have it sent to the institution of your choice, either in your name or anonymously. Contact the Hypatia offices for additional information.
