Abstract
The systemic approach to the usage of scientific methods in research, interdisciplinary synthesis and methodological reflexion made possible to determine and ground the principle issues on philosophical conceptualization of dialogueness and dialogue. These ideas can be taken as theoretical-methodological rules of learning and organization of dialogical cultural-educational practices. The methodologem which demands considering the dialogue in philosophical context as an integral entirety and unity of dialogueness and dialogical interaction with the world was explicated. Its application in scientific search is impossible without philosophical transdisciplinarity which ensures the metaphysical character of real communication comprehension. Inequality, ambiguousness and nonoccurrence of social, civil and cultural development by the content and form made us focus on the essence and significance of cultural-educational area.
