On the conceivability of phenomenal zombies with "sensory-perceptual" systems that are informationally identical to ours

The spokesperson in the Pentagon press room announces the availability of a breakthrough new technology. She says it is the first brain-implantable product of a larger project for developing cybernetic organisms (cyborgs) with new and enhanced sensory capabilities that will also have civilian uses.
