Enhancing legal practice through debriefing
| Abstract | This article examines the use of debriefing in a range of environments. It then explores how debriefing could be used to improve the practice of law. It concludes that debriefing could be used to benefit lawyers, clients, juries and a range of other stakeholders in a legal context. | |||||||||
