The business environment

Abstract
The business environment consists of those forces and conditions outside the organisations boundary which have the potential to affect the operation of the business. The business environment is made up of the internal environment and the more encompassing external environment.The Business environment is dynamic in nature as it keeps changing and requires constant monitoring by business managers in order to keep up with changes that may affect the operations of the business.
