| Abstract | Objectivo deste artigo é projectar luz sobre a complexa e entrelaçada questão acerca do posicionamento da política, enquanto questão filosófica, no quadro mais vasto do pensamento de Friedrich Nietzsche. No centro da problemática visada está a ligação vital que existe entre o conceito de acção política, entendida como instrumento moderno para a remodelação societal e cultural global, com a ideia central, desenvolvida por Nietzsche desde os seus textos iniciais até ao seu último fragmento, de que a Europa é ainda uma tarefa para ser cumprida em conformidade com o legado espiritual dos gregos. O artigo, por outro lado, mostra também até que ponto o desejo de se alcançar uma perspectiva mais abrangente acerca da essência da política em Nietzsche nos leva a uma consideração da mesma em consonância com a doutrina mais vasta acerca do niilismo, entendido como linha divisória histórica para a humanidade. /// The aim of this article is to shed light on the complex and interwoven location of politics, as philosophical issue, amidst the wider framework of Nietzsche's thought. It purports to show the vital connection existing between the concept of political action, understood as a modern tool for a global societal and cultural reshaping, and the core idea, developed by Nietzsche from his early texts to his last fragment, of Europe as a still remaining task to be fulfilled in accordance with the spiritual legacy of the Greeks. The paper also shows the extent to which, should we want to attain a comprehensive perspective on the essence of politics in the nietzschean thought, this question needs to be linked with the wider doctrine of Nihilism as historical watershed for humankind. | |||||||||
