/// Kant's philosophy of history follows two discursive ways which are qualitatively distinct: the way of the legality, whose impulse comes mechanically by the unsociable sociability of the human beings; and the way of morality, whose impulse comes freely from the enlightenment. For the author of the article, the Kantian concept of "ethicocivil society as People of God" culminates the theoretical procedure conducive to a clear integration of those two ways, while at the same time constituting a theoretical concept useful for a critical and balanced analysis of the laicistic tendencies of today's European Societies.
