    The theoretical framework of the study is represented by two concepts: intergenerational learning and professional development. Quantitative research conducted in 2021 on a sample of 108 preschool teachers of preschool institutions in the Banja Luka region aimed to examine the perspective of preschool taechers on the factors of intergenerational learning important for their own professional development.   • Older workers: a suitable case for circles? [REVIEW]Richard Ennals & Anne Inga Hilsen - 2012 - AI and Society 27 (3):421-425.
    The article considers relations between the generations, with particular attention given to older workers, who also face the pressures of responsibilities to both parents and children. The situations in Norway and the UK are compared. The case is made for support structures, such as senior quality circles, at the threshold between employment and retirement.
