  1. Women’s cinema of trauma: Affect, movement, time.Dijana Jelača - 2016 - European Journal of Women's Studies 23 (4):335-352.
    This article analyses several notable examples of what the author calls the post-Yugoslav women’s cinema of trauma. These films made by women filmmakers challenge the standard tropes of war, as well as normative approaches to war cinema, by highlighting the intimate affective domain of experience, rather than large-scale narratives and collective emotions.   • Përdorimi Instrumental i Kufijve midis Kategorive Fetare dhe Metaforave Gjinore në Ballkan.Albert Doja - 2008 - Polis 7:101-108.
    In this paper I explore the ways and extents to which religious identifications and affiliations become instrumental political resources for ascertaining hierarchical relations among social groups and individuals, with extensive use of gendered metaphors referring to different categories of people as whether effeminate or truly manly, and actual women often used as a currency of exchange.
