Zusammenfassung
Wissenschaft ist nach Aristoteles eine spezielle Form des Wissens, das seinerseits ein bestimmter mentaler Zustand (potentiell als dispositionelle epistemische Fähigkeit, aktual als ausgeübte epistemische Fähigkeit), aber auch als Wissensgehalt der Gegenstand oder Inhalt epistemischer Zustände ist (potentiell als undifferenziert gegebener Inhalt, aktual als differenziert gegebener Inhalt). Erkenntnistheoretische Priorität hat jedoch Wissen als Gehalt: Ob eine Person im Zustand des Wissens ist, hängt davon ab, ob ihr ein Wissensgehalt in bestimmter Form präsent ist.
