Patricia H. Werhane is the Ruffin Professor of Business Ethics in the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She is Editor-in-Cheif of Business Ethics Quarterly, and on the edotitorial boards of American Philosophical Quarterley, Journal of Value Inquiry and Public Affaires Quarterly.

R. Edward Freeman is Elis Signe Olsson Professor of Business Administration and Director of the Olsson Center for Applied Ethics at the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
