(2013) Conceptual Cognitive Organs: Toward an Historical Materialist Theory of Scientific Knowledge, Philosophia 41(4), 1095–1123” has to be included in Chap. 11 and the citation for this reference has to be included after paragraph 2 in Pg. no. 207 & after paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 in Pg. no. 210. The erratum chapter and the book have been updated with the changes.
