- Abstract
The achievement of an ideal adjustment between the human resources and the company needs is one of the most wished goals by the management nowadays. At the same time, the administration and utilization of a system of competences in the educational and professional field has been constituted as an area of work of special importance in the last decades. Taking both ideas as a starting point, effective management of the human resources and using of a system of competences, this work proposes a model of interview of the performance assessment at work based on the competences management. We understand that the above mentioned model would allow the companies to evaluate the adequacy of the worker to his position from the comparative analysis between the competences assigned to the work position and those that really the worker has and, in case of maladjustments, to act in consequence.
