Erratum to: J Acad Ethics (2012)
The original publication of this paper unfortunately contained an error with regard to the indicator variable for student gender. We improperly labeled the indicator as “male” when in fact females were coded with a “1” and males with “0”. Hence, forty four percent of the sample was female, and Models 7 and 8 indicate that females are statistically more likely to self-report past incidents of cheating behavior. We apologize for the error and note that the error does not change any of other findings of the paper.
