Hi Jo, 
I asked some questions about two specific issues, and I brought up the "knowing" issue, but reworded so the concept of "knowing" was no longer used, In your response though you seem to have tried to resurrect the "knowing" issue as though it was integral to the questions, even though it is not mentioned and so was not relevant to them.
We can come back to the "knowing" issue if you feel like it is relevant later, but in the meantime, are you going to answer the questions (which do not entail the concept of "knowing"). or would you prefer not to?
