Is there someplace you explain your reasons for conducting such surveys?  I did take part but never followed up because, frankly, I could not see much significance to whether 10% or 90% agreed with agent causation or atheism or whatever.  Much more interesting is, which is why I am in the field, why people think they are right about this and, even more, how their thinking they are right squares with their views on this or that topic.  (E.g., if they are determinists, do they believe they are determined to be such and what does that imply about one being right or wrong about it?)
