Abstract

Submitted Conceptualization humanistic theory of K. Rogers, centered on the man, and found its components that help a person to develop and improve is submitted. For realization of this purpose formulated the task of humanistic psychology, centered on a man was formulated, and was described by the characteristic components of humanistic therapy. As a result, the entity scientific research therapy k. Rogers, based on empirical research based on the techniques of effective counseling based on unconditional positive mind, congruence and approach to the person is substantiated. Results of the study led to the conclusion that as result of this therapy the client will develop more healthy qualities, including openness and trust to organizm experiences.
