Abstract

L'appropriation des animaux trouve son fondement dans la définition de l'homme comme "animal rationnel", c'est-à-dire capable de revendiquer explicitement ses droits. Cet anthropocentrisme doit être interrogé dans ses prétentions et sa légitimité, afin d'ouvrir la voie à une solidarité entre l'homme et l'animal, oubliée par le rationalisme juridique
