Abstract
This chapteris a critique of accounts of competence and skill, in the context of the "Skill and Technology" programme at the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology. It is a response to "Beyond all Certainty", the philosophical dialogue by Bo Göranzon and Anders Karlqvist, which deals with encounters between Russell, Wittgenstein and Turing. Dialoger have published proceedings of Dialogue Seminars since 1986
