Abstract

This paper concerns the issue of time understood as the dimension of change. I want to discuss it in relation to the argument which had a considerable impact on modern philosophical and physical researches in the field: Mc Taggart‟s „argument of unreality of time‟. I will begin by briefly outlining such argument and then I will examine some of the major objections to it. I question if this kind of description does embody the reality of time. I will conclude by pointing out certain difficulties related to the explanation of temporal change in virtue of spatial representations
