Iran's normative concerns behind its nuclear ambitions

Abstract

This paper argues that Iran's ambitious Nuclear Power project can be satisfied by its Normative concern to be recognized as a "modern" state rather than as a "pariah". The normative justification is an important argument not yet completely realized by world community. Addressing this would help address the Iranian problem much more efficiently. The paper tests this using the Korean example and evidence available in expert articles.
