Abstract

"Ethics" is a practical knowledge, also need to complete in practice, that is, the ultimate goal of ethics is to face the real life of the specific ethical issues; each professional ethical issues, indeed our very immediate specific ethical issues. This paper is to try a new Scholastic philosopher Maritain ethical point of view, based on the application of the ethical issues in health care professionals on the inquiry; and professional ethics of the first resolution in specific cases, to enable us to develop a face the specific case of ethical ethical thinking habits to cope with real life professional ethical dilemmas. Therefore, this paper marked cited Maritain said the "mercy" beyond virtue, on this basis to interpret specific cases to help resolve the various ethical principles, principles, and so can the real achievements of the highest ethical values. For this article, are based on quite closely with health care professionals associated with the "euthanasia" project to run through in order to focus the argument, not undisciplined. Ethics is a practical science which must find its own completion in practice. That is to say, ethics must ultimately face concrete ethical problems. Every profession's ethical problems become an immediate concern for everyone. This article would like to explore problems in medical ethics in light of the neo-Scholastic philosopher, Jacques Maritain. Exploring concrete cases in professional ethics is paramount, to the evaluation of ethical problems in a realistic light. Accordingly, this article would like to focus on Maritain's supernatural virtue of "charity". His explanation of "charity" is helpful in analyzing ethical problems in concrete cases. Through this analysis, the highest value can be derived from any ethical dilemma. This article uses "euthanasia" as a focal point in analyzing topics in medical ethics
