The Concept and Feature of the Civil Society

Abstract

The concept of civil society and the characteristics of the initial research, and pointed out that these studies for the construction of a modern rule of law in contemporary China or to the public the significance of social transformation. The basic unit of civil society that is independent of individuals, civil society is composed of individuals from the Commonwealth of independent, is essentially a commercial civilization. Civil society is today's human civilization one of the main manifestations. The paper gives a primary textual research of the concept and feature of the civil society and points cut the significance of the research. The basic unit of the civil society is the independent individual person. As a unity of the individual persons, the civil society is the commercial civilization. The civil society becomes one of the present forms of the civilization
