Abstract

The concept of civil society and the characteristics of the initial research, and pointed out that these studies for the construction of a modern rule of law in contemporary China or to the public the significance of social transformation. The basic unit of civil society that is independent of individuals, civil society is composed of individuals from the Commonwealth of independent, is essentially a commercial civilization.
