The Deficiency in Economics Study under View of Environmental Economy-Some Problems of Continuable Development Economics

Over the years, economics has always regarded the economic system as a relatively isolated system, at best attention to social factors on the economic impact of the process, while ignoring the environmental systems and economic systems affect each other. Generation of environmental economics, economics end to the neglect of the natural environment, began to have long been shut out of economics as the economic operation of the natural environment to study the internal factors. However, owing to limitations of traditional economic theory, in mainstream economics is still not included in the study of natural environmental factors, separates the economic relationship between behavior and the natural environment, resulting in economic research in the past, there are the following problems: the exclusion of the natural environment outside the scope of study in economics; can not properly evaluate environmental resources; ignore the special nature of ownership of environmental resources, ignoring the laws of reproduction of environmental resources; lack of knowledge of environmental externalities, the traditional national income indicators do not reflect the ecological benefits of the change; economic the basic norms of science - the limitations of economic man assumption; Pareto optimal development does not equal sustainable development and so on. Only the coordinated development of environment and economy with a high degree of re-thinking on these issues, some aspects of economics in order to make substantive progress in the study.
