Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present a framework for evaluating arguments in multicultural argumentative dialogues. In these dialogues there is not a common knowledge to evaluate arguments because their participants are members of different ethnical and cultural groups. To solve this problem this paper will propose a multicultural theory of argumentation that will criticize the Blair-Johnson’s claim that one of the causes of the fallacies is the ethnocentrism.
