Abstract

The demographic dynamics has favoured that in the last years has produced an important social change, a fundamental variable is the entry of immigrant population, in case of neighbourhoods that already they were finding in a process of social and urban development degradation, this situation has favoured the origin of certain social conflicts. This work presents some information that describe how there have been formed this process, the more out-standing factors of incident and the risks for the pacific conviviality of the former and new neighbours
