Listening for the Life of the World

Abstract

[A single-author book for publication as general non-fiction] Why do we care so much about being listened to? And more importantly, How can we learn to listen better? Dr Notess provides new answers to the questions we all have about connecting with people through conversation, offering research-based advice on how to develop listening skills strong enough to help you navigate disagreement and difference with integrity. When done well, listening to people can heal wounds, build up communities, and make the world a better place.
