Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive study of the process of democratic transit in the context of its influence on the formation of the image of transitive democracy. The features of the process of democratic transit, its effectiveness, approaches to its implementation are highlighted. The role of modernization of political institutions in the framework of the process of democratic transit and shaping the image of the state is analyzed. There are groups of factors that influence the formation of the image of transitive democracies. The author explores the tools, the use of which will allow to form a positive domestic and foreign political image of a transitive democracy. Transitive democracy, formulating the image must use principles of cognitive super additivity, the phenomenon of synergy will take place at positive influence of totality of information generators. This complex influence creates new character in mental space of individuals and groups, reflecting an image, as a set of the system of descriptions of democratic transit of democracy in a country. System influence of informative sources will allow to extend an audience and carry out permanent informative influence on her. The rates of democratic transit depend on many factors of objective and subjective character. In force their variety does not exist compounding set in good time, by what facilities and in what sequence to operate to the political actors -"architects" of the new state of country, related to democratic reforms. In this connection, producing an image of political, economic and social changes, that take place in framework of corresponding institutes, are universal means that removes critical deprivation, infuses with a hope, faith and conviction of public environment in success of democratic transit.
