Abstract

The purpose of this study is to contextualize the role of social partners in the economy and the explanatory theories of the birth of the Non-Profit or nonprofit sector. To do so, after an analysis of the origin of the ONL from the demand side and from the offering, has done a survey of executives of these organizations and concludes that the theories that explain the supply side the emergence of these organizations are two of them for this: the theory of power groups and theory of public sector support.
