Affec'i'ing the Past"

Abstract

This suggests to me a regrettable lack of communication between mainstream metaphysieians and the philosophers and physieists of quantum mechamcs. It is increasingly unlikely that the problems of quantum mechanics will not require some major revisiof1 in ouf ordinary ideas of the worM, There seems little hope of a speedy decision as to where this revision should be (or indeed as to how this should be decided) without the best efforts of philosophers, as well as physieis'ts.
