Political recruitment in the context of democratization: the transformation of the Executive branch

Abstract

Article examines the problems and prospects of democratic transformation of the political recruitment. Analysis of the legislative background of the party and government personnel management. Establish trends in the state and civil society within the limits of political recruitment.
