Abstract

It is not only the theory of decision-making which enables us to define what is known today as « evaluation ». The theory of the Institution, dear to the heart of Maurice Hauriou, also enables us to clarify the concept of « evaluation » as well as of enriching that of Nicolas Dodier’s idea of the « shared third ».
