Rule and Constitutionalism

Abstract

Rules are the foundation to build order, but also people in real life and can be used to promote the power of harmony through rule also reflects the people's constitutional ideals. Rules of human social life, the reasons need to be very full and can not be questioned. The question is why some of the rules will face the test of reality often encounter the unfortunate loss of prestige? Why in the implementation of the rules when the rules will be designed with the serious deviation from the expected behavior? The development of the rules with maximum efficiency to meet the basic needs of what are the conditions? Only after careful consideration on these issues only after we get a correct understanding of the rules, while the ideal rules into a more reliable and trustworthy institutional arrangements is in this context to be able to get. Investing all sorts of problems we meet during the political procedure, one max find that in most cases lay behind them are social conflicts. While almost even governmental sections in contemporary China try deliberately to face up such conflicts and endeavor to solve them in a right way , often they neglect that in a matter of fact many of these social conflicts arc virtually caused by shortages of rules. Therefore role study shall be never too important in establishing a fairer relative system
