The Feasible Analysis of Scientific Resources Sharing and Countermeasure Suggestion

From an economic perspective of the possibility of sharing technology resources, technology and financial resources that can not be shared, but the technology has to share the prospect of human resources, technology and material resources can be shared under certain conditions, sharing of scientific information resources should be unconditional; the same time, through our analysis of the status of resource sharing technology that is currently restricting our sharing of technology resources factor, proposed to achieve our country, when science and technology policy and resource sharing proposal. The problem of science & technology resources sharing is caused by shortage of science & technology resources and the realistic requirement of our country. The author dissects the possibility of science & technology resources sharing in the view of economics. At the same time, from the analysis of present situation of science & technology resources sharing the author points out the restrictive factors of science & technology resources sharing in our country and puts forward countermeasure suggestion for sharing science & technology resources
