Abstract

Christian Thomasius (1655-1728) gehort neben Grotius und Pufendorf zu den bedeutendsten Vertretern des Naturrechts. Seine Geschichte des Naturrechts ist bis heute ein wertvolles Dokument naturrechtlichen Denkens und eine Fundgrube literaturgeschichtlichen Materials.
