Adjusting Domestic Social and Economic Development Strategy with a Scientific Development Perspective

Development is a broad, historical context, the nature of human understanding of their experienced a gradual deepening of the process. People-centered scientific concept of development is reasonable to pursue the development of concern is the development of meaning. Scientific development concept is Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" important thought in the new historical conditions and concrete manifestation of the new development to meet the needs of building a moderately prosperous society. The scientific development concept to guide our country's social and economic development, is the response to the current domestic and international environment. In the new historical conditions, must be based on the scientific development concept as a guide to adjust our economic and social development strategy. Development is a general and historical concept. Man has been striving to gain better understanding of its nature over the course. The scientific development view regards human beings as essence, and pursues a reasonable progress with the emphasis on what the development would bring to human race . The scientific development view not only mirrors the further deployment of "Deng Xiaoping's Theory" and "The Thought of Three Represents" in the new times, but also echoes the call for building a full-scale better-off society. To guide the domestic social and economic development with a scientific development view is the demand of the new environments at home and abroad. Under the new historical situatin, it is necessary to employ the scientific development perspective to adjust domestic social and economic development strategies
