Low-field magnetoresistance anisotropy in ultrathin Pr 0.67 Sr 0.33 MnO 3 films grown on different substrates

Abstract

The strain effects on the epitaxially grown anisotropic low-field magnetoresistance in ultrathin Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films are compared for substrates LaAlO3, NdGaO3, and SrTiO3. Results showed that distinctive LFMR effects observed on films are compressive on LAO, tensile on STO, and nearly zero on NGO strains.
