The Temptation of God Incarnate

Abstract
I discuss Thomas V Morris’s view that the "epistemic possibility" of temptation is a sufficient condition for genuine temptation, and argue that the second person of the Trinity could not have been responsible for resisting temptation if his divine nature included the property of essential goodness.
