Characteristics of the Vienna System of Balance of Power in 1815

Abstract

Vienna, 1815 balance system has three characteristics: first, the first international conference of the way to clear the "balance" is defined; second, Vienna and the "Final Protocol" and other international treaties in international law to determine the nature of the orthodox doctrine, balance of power, the various principles of compensation and security established by the Vienna-based balance of power system; Third, the method can only maintain the balance of power between the States concerned by the consultation, consensus, to establish a "European coordination" type of international organization, rather than " Bible "and the Pope and other individuals, more than one or two countries by force
