Preliminary conclusion is based on two different meanings of "first" and "universal" relevance, spreading out its "there is God ─ ─ logical" structure. We are starting from Aristotle's text to articulate the inner structure of his metaphysics. What is the real concept and object of Aristotle's metaphysics is a problematical thesis in the history of western metaphysics. So many commentaries and interpretations are raised from this main point. Our analysis is to clarify the basic concepts such as first philosophy, being qua being, ousiology and theology. All these intertextual concepts are related each other. We find two different senses of 'first'. This is an important clue to explore the riddle of the deep structure of Aristotle's metaphysics. Briefly speaking, onto-thea-logy is the hidden framework in Aristotle's metaphysics
