Abstract

Confucianism in Japan after the introduction to Japanese political life, a deep imprint on the legal branded. Meanwhile, the Confucian culture in modern Japan, who was trying to resist Westernization, was nationalistic's a positive and welcoming. Japanese Confucian filial piety have homes Quanzhong tendency, which is the ideological basis of Japanese bushido. Confucian culture and economic development of the Japanese stable and orderly social environment. Thrifty and so is the spiritual core of Confucian culture, Japan's economic take-off power. Confucian patriarchal tradition has become a pillar of Japanese business management. Confucian tradition advocated the spirit of working together, forming a group of Japanese companies doctrine mode of operation. Confucian sense of urgency, forming a unique Japanese sense of social responsibility. Confucian ideas of loyalty, evolved into the Japanese patriotism and love of enterprise culture. Since Confucianism transmitted into Japan, it has made a profound impact on Japanese political life, and laws. Meanwhile, in contemporary Japan the Confucian culture is stubbornly opposed by those who propose the complete Westernisation. Whereas it is positively welcome by national quitessentialists. Japanese Confucianism has the tendency of abandoning filiality and satisfying loyalty, which is the basis of the thought of Japanese bushido. The Confucian culture provides the development of Japanese economy with a stable and orderly social environment. In the Confucian tradition, paternalism has been a pillar for the management of Japanese enterprises. The emphasis of the Confucian culture on working together with one heart forms a collectivistic way of management among Japanese enterprises. The consciousness of hardship in Confucian thought forms a characteristic social responsibility among the Japanese. The ethos of Japanese patriotism and enterprise -loving evolves from the thought of being loyal to the ruler in Confucian thought
