Современный миф является неотъемлемой частью коммуникативного и познавательного процессов. Современная культурная ситуация, характеризуемая как “постмодерн” породила феномен “посттеоретического мышления”, обнаружив ограниченность теорий и их влияние на образ мира. Миф как форма целостного мировосприятия есть средство защиты человеческого разума от распада на отдельные теоретические версии, в конечном счете, от социальной шизофрении.

В 1921 році вперше побачила світ робота видатного австрійсько-британського філософа і фундатора аналітичної філософії Людвіґа Йоганна Віттґенштайна, в якій він наголошував, що більшість філософських проблем, над якими ламали голови тисячі мудреців упродовж багатьох тисячоліть, породжуються не складнощами аналізованої дійсності, а заплутаністю мови. Якщо ж філософ проаналізує мову, якою послуговується, він виявить, що більшість проблем – примарні. Йдучи за порадою Віттґенштайна, в цій статті спробуємо розібратися, в чому суть поняття "політеїзм", і чи явище, яке цим поняттям окреслюють, колись існувало, чи ж (...) воно є лишень вигадкою фантазерів, а всі спроби його осмислити – це тільки блукання темними лабіринтами, з яких немає виходу. Першою трудністю, з якою ми зустрічаємось на нашому шляху, є абсолютна темрява в цьому питанні. На жаль, нам не вдалось знайти жодне дослідження, в якому категорія політеїзму розглядається в такому вимірі, який обрали ми. Тому ми змушені пробиратися крізь гущавину невідомого самостійно, не маючи можливості опертися на досвід попередників. Втім, надіємось, що наші помилки, від яких першопрохідники вільними не бувають, стануть корисними наступним дослідникам. Грецький термін "doxa polytheos" вперше використав Філон Олександрійський, а згодом його повторили численні юдейські і християнські автори, протиставляючи свою релігію язичництву. В сучасному значенні його вперше використав Жан Боден у XVI столітті у французькому варіанті – "polythéisme". Грецьке слово "doxa polytheos" і французьке "polythéisme", хоч і є спільнокореневими, оскільки походять від одного і того ж самого грецького слова "Θεός", все ж опираються на різні поняття, бо за 16 століть "Θεός" змінило своє значення. У грекомовному середовищі цим словом називали будь-яку сутність, яка перевищує матеріальний світ. Коли Талес Мілетський писав, що "світ повний богів", то, очевидно, не мав на увазі, що в кожній найменшій частині світу перебуває окремий Абсолют. Використовуючи в цьому реченні слово "Θεός", Талес мав на увазі щось зовсім інше, ніж сьогодні ми називаємо словом "Бог". Значення терміну "політеїзм" нечітке і є причиною багатьох дослідницьких проблем у релігієзнавстві. Грецьке слово "Θεός" означало будь-яку сакральну істоту, яка ставала об'єктом поклоніння, але не Абсолют. Коли це слово лягло в основу терміну "політеїзм", його значення було змінене, і ним позначали Абсолют у християнському розумінні. Такі змістові трансформації призвели до хибного уявлення, начебто у світі існували чи існують релігії, послідовники яких визнають існування декількох чи багатьох Абсолютів. Релігієзнавча проблема, пов'язана з використанням поняття "політеїзм" не є реальною науковою проблемою, а породжена виключно хибним і некоректним використанням терміну. Грецьке слово "Θεός", яке стало коренем для термінів "монотеїзм" і "політеїзм", в обох цих термінах використовується в різних значеннях. В понятті "монотеїзм" слово "Θεός" означує Бога-Абсолюта, а в понятті "політеїзм" – будь-яких істот, які є об'єктами релігійного вшанування. Монотеїзм і політеїзм не є двома різними етапами розвитку релігійної свідомості. Такі уявлення, породжені хибами геґелівської філософії, мусять бути викорененими з релігієзнавчої термінології. Субъект-объектное отношение и познавательная проблематика в целом рассматриваются в контексте социокультурных, эволюционных факторов. Привлекая материал из области философии, социологии, лингвистики, автор стремится выявить контуры антропологического измерения научного познания и показать, что понять специфику научного познания, можно только осмысляя субъект и объект познания в их единстве.

The boundaries of social acceptance and models of convergence of human and non-human actors of digital reality are defined. The constructive creative possibilities of convergent processes in distributed neural networks are analyzed from the point of view of possible scenarios for building “friendly” human-dimensional symbioses of natural and artificial intelligence. A comprehensive analysis of new management challenges related to the development of cyber-physical and cybersocial systems is carried out. The possibilities of reconciling human moral principles and “machine ethics” in the processes of modeling and managing digital reality are studied. The significance of various concepts of digital, machine and cyber-anymism for the socio-cultural understanding of the development of modern cyber-physical technologies, the anthropological dimension of a smart city is revealed. The article introduces the concept of hybrid society and shows the development of its models as self-organizing collective systems that consist of co-evolving biohybrid and socio-technical spheres. The importance of modern anthropogenic research for sustainable development is analyzed. The process of marking ontological boundaries between heterogeneous modalities in the digital world is investigated. This paper argues that questions concerning the nature of concepts that are central in cognitive psychology are also important to epistemology and that there is more to conceptual change than mere belief revision. Understanding of epistemic change requires appreciation of the complex ways in which concepts are structured and organized and of how this organization can affect belief revision. Following a brief summary of the psychological functions of concepts and a discussion of some recent accounts of what concepts are, I (...) propose a view of concepts as complex computational structures. This account suggests that conceptual change can come in varying degrees, with the most extreme consisting of fundamental conceptual reorganizations. Understanding novel phrases (e.g. upside‐down daisy) and classifying objects in categories named by phrases ought to have common properties, but you'd never know it from current theories. The best candidate for both jobs is the Theory Theory, but it faces difficulties when theories are impoverished. A potential solution is a dual approach that couples theories (representations‐about categories) with fixed mentalese expressions (representations‐of categories). Both representations combine information in parallel when understanding phrases. Philosophers from Hume, Kant, and Wittgenstein to the recent realists and antirealists have sought to answer the question, What are concepts? This book provides a detailed, systematic, and accessible introduction to an original philosophical theory of concepts that Christopher Peacocke has developed in recent years to explain facts about the nature of thought, including its systematic character, its relations to truth and reference, and its normative dimension. Particular concepts are also treated within the general framework: perceptual concepts, logical concepts, and (...) the concept of belief are discussed in detail. The general theory is further applied in answering the question of how the ontology of concepts can be of use in classifying mental states, and in discussing the proper relation between philosophical and psychological theories of concepts. Finally, the theory of concepts is used to motivate a nonverificationist theory of the limits of intelligible thought. Peacocke treats content as broad rather than narrow, and his account is nonreductive and non-Quinean. Prototypes and fuzziness are regarded in this paper as fundamental phenomena in the inherent logic of concepts whose relationship, however, has not been sufficiently clarified. Therefore, modifications are proposed in the definition of both. Prototypes are defined as the elements possessing maximal degree of membership in the given category such thatthis membership has maximal cognitive efficiency in representing theelement. A modified fuzzy set (m-fuzzy set) is defined on aclass (possibly self-contradictory collection) such that its core (the collection of elements with (...) full membership) is aset (self-consistent collection) comprising the finite set of the prototypes. In this scheme of recursive representation the possibility of contradictions, which has been proven to be inevitable in the logic of concepts, islocalized. The historical evolution both notions “information” and “energy” are analogous. This is evolution from “attribute of life only” to universal notions. Knowing of energy as universal phenomenon brought to people the great technological breakthrough. But evolution of the first notion is not complete. There is not standardconception of information. While this phenomenon is not determined, it is impossible to do the unequivocal conclusions on the many questions, connected to it. The detailed analysis shows that information appears as a result of (...) comparison. New definition of information ensues hereof. Information is correlations of properties that are determined by comparison or interaction of objects and exists in matter carrier. The author analyses trustiness and universality of this definition. On base the definitions information and structure he proves their equivalence that is illustrated by samples also. As result the author concludes that “information” is so fundamental notion, either as “structure”, and formulates some important consequences. Information exists in any object, it is transformed by any interaction and it plays the most important role even in evolution of lifeless nature. (shrink)

Отмечается, что стратегия развития в том, что практически состоялся переход от двухмерной к трехмерной концепции. Причем в данной триаде социальный фактор стал ведущим. Концепция устойчивого развития есть комплексной концепцией, которая пытается дать ответы на наиболее острые проблемы современности. Ее отличает далеко идущий критицизм в отношении традиционных путей социального развития и в то же время требование нового мышления и переориентации общества. Как результат анализа (...) всех документов по устойчивому развитию делается вывод, что концепция устойчивого развития – это динамическая концепция, которая требует выработки нового стратегического менеджмента, расчитанного на перспективу.
