Pandemic Management and Developing World Bioethics: Bird Flu in West Bengal.Chhanda Chakraborti - 2009 - Developing World Bioethics 9 (3):161-166.

Systemic Negligence: Why It Is Morally Important for Developing World Bioethics.Chhanda Chakraborti - 2015 - Developing World Bioethics 15 (3):208-213.
In the context of clinical and non-clinical biomedical practices, negligence is usually understood as a lapse of a specific professional duty by a healthcare worker or by a medical facility.
