Si le multilinguisme est une chance pour la francophonie, le multiculturalisme qui peut l'accompagner est plus problématique, à cause de la complexité de cette notion comme des réalités psychologiques et sociales auxquelles elle renvoie. Nous avons cherché, dans cet article, à faire, du point de vue de la psycholinguistique, une description de la situation multilingue et multiculturelle du Maroc, en relation avec la francophonie, et en illustrant le propos par des exemples de la communication multilingue en situation professionnelle, la langue (...) française étant, pour l'essentiel, la langue de travail dans ce pays. Une hypothèse tente d'expliquer l'une des sources de malentendus, l'hybridation interculturelle est évoquée, et l'impérieuse nécessité de la connaissance mutuelle des cultures en présence affirmée, comme celle du changement d'attitude qu'impliqueraient de nouvelles représentations moins marquées par les stéréotypes commodes.Multilingualism can be considered as representing an opportunity for Francophony but multiculturalism is more problematic, both because of the complexity of the concept and the psychological and sociological realities which accompany it. In this paper, we tried to describe the multilingual and multicultural situation in Morocco as linked to Francophony from a psycholinguistic standpoint and provide examples of multilingual communication in professional situations given that French is the language used in the Moroccan work environment. We use one hypothesis to explain where misunderstandings might come from; we mention intercultural hybridization, and we affirm the pressing necessity for mutual and organized acknowledgement of the respective cultures and the need for attitudes to change regarding the new representations which are less influenced by too convenient stereotypes. In the field of international relations, Rousseau is generally considered an antiutopian and an exponent of the realist tradition. This view is based on his distrust of alliances and peace plans but also on the fact that he never offered any solution to how to lastingly ban war from the international scene. In this article, I argue instead that Rousseau's failure to propose any solutions in international politics lies rather in the utopian nature of his political philosophy. Rousseau intended to (...) find remedies to the question of international law; if he never articulated them, it is, I submit, because the mere discussion of international relations would have undermined the lack of relationality which characterizes his model Republic. By envisioning the ideal state as self-sufficient and isolated, Rousseau renders impractical the aspiration he had of resolving the question of sociability between states. (shrink)

Contre les lectures qui visent à minimiser chez Hegel et Marx le rôle des actions individuelles, on tentera de montrer que les formulations hégélienne et marxienne du principe de faisabilité mettent au contraire cet agir au premier plan. Mais, on verra que la traduction matérialiste de ce principe conduit à l’opposition des modalités de cette faisabilité : participation d’un côté, révolution de l’autre. Si l’action historique comme praxis révolutionnaire est toujours suspendue à sa coïncidence avec les circonstances, celle-ci ne signe (...) pas tant la limite de cette praxis que son surgissement imprévisible, jamais assuré de son succès, ni de son échec, ce qui pose le problème de son organisation.
