In the article the review of modern methodological approaches is carried out to forming of the reputation rating of legal companies and their features are considered. Except practice of western rating legal directories that successfully work at the market of legal services, methodology of the Russian and home rating directories is considered. Semantic interpretation is conducted and the matrix of criteria of the reputation rating of legal firms of basic rating directories is formed: Chambers, Legal 500, FLR Who's, Вest Lawyers, (...) Who Legal, Pravo.Ru, GVardia of legal companies. The row of conclusions that touch possibilities and expediency of application of rating technologies in the estimation of regional market of legal services is formed. Development of the regional rating of legal firms will allow really to estimate the contribution of large operators to regional market of legal services development, will provide possibility to the small regional companies to go out on the new level of business activity. Also it will be the catalyst of introduction of the new service technologies of service oriented to the client, will assist to development of competition on regional to the market. (shrink)

The article explores the way gamification transforms the informal learning space of the higher education institutions inspired by information technologies and the all-consuming digitalization of human society. An overview is presented of the existing ideas about gamification in the context of the digital transformation of higher education. It is established that the effective use of gamification as a learning technique in the context of digital transformation of higher education contributes to the implementation of its core principles. We have attempted to (...) analyze the factors that gave rise to gamification as well as to examine the ways to introduce gamification to the informal learning experience. The components of this technology are singled out along with the principles of its functioning. In the process, we reveal the role of gamification and opportunities that open up for the organization of educational activities in the informal space of higher education. The given work identifies peculiarities and advantages of this digital form of education as well as risks associated with its introduction in the informal learning space of higher education. The authors elaborate on the specifics of the development of informal learning space in the context of global gamification, as well as the technological and semantic modernization of higher education. Визначення онтологічного статусу «емпатії» – це сьогодні важлива частина проблематики, що стосується відповідей на питання про природу ментальної реальності як такої. У межах класичного поділу світу на «тіло та розум» («психофізичний дуалізм») такі об’єкти, як емпатія, мали цілком визначене пояснення. Вони тлумачилися як частина «нетілесної», «душевної» реальності. Однак зміна наукових і світоглядних парадигм заклала умови для формування нового розуміння онтологічного та епістемологічного статусу подібних об’єктів. Ключові питання, що ставиться у статті: чи належать акти емпатії до ментальної реальності? і чи є (...) ментальні акти частиною «ментального світу»? Однак після середини минулого століття світ «ментального» зазнав трансформації. Дана стаття – це спроба підважити твердження, що акти емпатії є різновидом ментальних актів (у традиційному розумінні). Джерельну базу дослідження становлять переважно праці Вілфреда Селарса та Гілберта Райла. Визначено, які зміни відбулися у розумінні свідомості після зауваг Райла та яким чином це впливає на приписування онтологічного статусу феноменам, які у минулому беззаперечно належали до ментальних об’єктів. The aim of the work is to trace personal various poetic images of Maria Pawlikowska- Jasnorzewska connected with the motive of the garden on the example of selected poems from early to the wartime ones. The article is an attempt to read the lyric sensitivity of the writer in the description of the world of garden plants, to discover her painting, philosophical and religious inclinations. Individual fragments of the work are devoted to the following jjnages: the garden of love and (...) pleasure, the modernistic fantastic garden, the exotic garden, Tatra garden as well as the imagined or reminded places that are the mirror of the poet’s soul. The interpretation of the poems is accompanied by the study on the evolution of the style, imagination as well as the poet’s religious thought. The latter part of the work includes conviction of the appearance of many artistic inspirations in the literary output of M. Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska comprising the romantic and modernistic literature together with influences of symbolism, impressionism, naturalism as well as Hinduism and Japanese painting which apart from Biblical tradition compose a peculiar poetic collage. The paper analyzes the content of Soviet propaganda and agitation used in working with the Red Army personnel in the European theater of military operations at the final stage of World War II. The author identifies the interdependence between the ideological work among the Soviet troops and political relations of the USSR with the European countries which the Red Army planned to enter and with guideline documents on organization and carrying out of outreach activities. It is demonstrated that the communications (...) work ensured an appropriate moral and psychological state of Red Army soldiers and officers, contributed to establishment of adequate interrelations with local communities of foreign countries, allies in arms of other nationalities and military units of European countries. For the sake of objectivity in treating this issue, however, it should be pointed out that there were some cases of pillage, moral and physical humiliation of inhabitants of the 'liberated' countries. Their repercussions adversely affected the postwar image of the Soviet Union and dwell within the hearts of contemporaries. It is concluded that during the work of Soviet propagandists on the eve of the Red Army entering the territory of European countries the genetic patriotism inherent in any person in circumstances which threaten his or her life, existence of his or her family and Motherland was developing into the patriotism with notes of political understanding of the goals of the Soviet Union in the European theater of military operations. Обґрунтовані економічні, екологічні та соціальні ефекти від видобування та використання газу (метану) вугільних родовищ на мікро- та макрорівні.

The article deals with the problems of inconsistency of Ukrainian translation education with the trends of the postmodern state of society and the advisability of introducing the achievements of the American system of training translators is substantiated. The article describes the organization of training masters in technical translation in the United States on the basis of a systematic analysis, in particular, the structure and content, forms and methods of teaching and learning masters in technical translation. Postmodern tendencies and peculiarities of (...) master's education in the USA are revealed and substantiated. The principles of permanent improvement of translation competence, profile and general cultural orientation are described; ensuring the full formation of the readiness of graduates of master's programs in technical translation for highly qualified, productive and creative professional activities; learning in a multicultural environment; application of the latest means of automated translation during training; certification of technical translators. For the reform of translation education in Ukraine, these trends are identified as key. The results of the study were obtained by applying a comparative typological and systems analysis, the method of extrapolating educational trends in the United States and Ukraine in relation to the postmodern context of society and its practical requirements for translation education. The practical significance of the article lies in borrowing the American experience of postmodern aspects of translation education, which can be useful to the countries of the former socialist camp and post-Soviet society. The features of forms and means of Soviet propaganda on Romanian military and civilian audience from the time of the Red army entry to the territory of Romania to the time of Bucharest liberation and during subsequent battle actions on the territory of Romania have been analyzed. The questions of proper support of moral and psychological condition of the Red army soldiers in the capitalist country, whose troops were included to the Hitler coalition, have been reviewed. The role of Romanian (...) resistance movement at the time of propagandist providing of positive perception of the "liberation mission" of the Red army by the population of Romania on the territory of their state has been determined. The article is devoted to topical issues of the culture of professional speech of representatives of the field of law, the level of which is an indicator of professionalism and general culture of the specialist in today's conditions. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive review of speech culture in the professional activities of lawyers at the present stage of development of Ukraine. In the research process, a descriptive method was used, as well as linguistic observation. The content of (...) the concepts of “culture of speech”, “culture of speech”, “culture of professional speech”, “culture of professional speech of a jurist” is highlighted and delimited, and it is also determined that they are in a logical mutual dependence and interdependence. It is revealed that the main standards in the speech activity of a lawyer are correctness, accuracy, logic, clarity, purity, conciseness and expediency, where normativity plays a key role. The studied material demonstrates typical mistakes of irregularity of language norms in professional speech. The causes of these mistakes are identified and ways to eliminate them are named. After analyzing the importance of language literacy and noting the importance of increasing its level for perfect mastery of the Ukrainian language standards and application in practice, it is emphasized that the culture of professional literacy today is the key to the success of a professional personality of a lawyer. Socio-cultural reality of the present time is marked by quite significant events. First, the active penetration into society of the latest information and communication technologies, which arose as a result of the rapid development of electronics. And secondly, the formation and spread of a special type of worldview under the general name of "postmodernism". It is the need for a philosophical understanding of these two events and determined the main idea of this article. The article also shows the role of (...) information technology in the transformation of the cultural reality of postmodernism. Also the main directions of application of information systems and innovative technologies in the field of education and science in general, and at studying of disciplines of a natural cycle in particular are covered. Peculiarities of studying natural sciences by students are revealed, didactic potential of ICT and its realization in the process of studying natural disciplines is considered, methodical analysis of the problem of application of information technologies in natural education is carried out. The principle of integration, multimedia clarity, interactive interaction of participants of educational process at application of new information technologies at studying of natural disciplines is allocated. It is determined that ICT in the teaching of natural sciences can intensify the educational process, accelerate the transfer of knowledge and experience, as well as improve the quality of teaching and education. In the scientific literature, there are accents that emphasize certain changes in the functioning of philosophy, which took place in connection with the establishment of the postulates of postmodernism as a new period in the development of culture, as a style of post non-classical scientific thinking, in fact, the content and hierarchy of values positions itself with a sophisticated departure from the classical and non-classical philosophical reflection. The article highlights the problem of the effectiveness of the learning process in higher education institutions in the post-pandemic. Today there are changes in the labor market, and more and more professions need to be updated. This affects the quality of higher education both in Europe and elsewhere, so many higher educational institutions have appeared, which primarily care about the number of students, and not about quality. In an environment where the pandemic has significantly changed the learning process, it is (...) very important to find new ways to improve its effectiveness. Now there is a transition from an industrial society to a society of obtaining knowledge in conditions of post-pandemic development; This means that there is a transition to mass education, and then to general higher education and the need to train a large number of people with average abilities. In addition, in higher educational institutions, in particular in universities, there are still imperfect academic programs in the basics of science, compiled by teachers with different levels of training in the context of post-pandemic development. The present study aims to reveal how evaluative meanings shape the depiction of Ukrainian emigration and women emigrants in Ukrainian literature of the early 2000s by employing Appraisal Theory developed within the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics and subjecting excerpts from the following five novels to an in-depth linguistic analysis: Usi dorohy vedut’ do Rymu by Olesia Halych, Shliub iz kukhlem Pil’zens’koho pyva by Lesia Stepovychka, Ia znaiu, shcho ty znaiesh, shcho ia znaiu by Irena Rozdobud’ko, Hastarbaiterky by Natalka (...) Doliak, and Korotka istoriia traktoriv po-ukraiins’ky by Marina Lewycka. The authors employ various grammatical and lexical items to communicate their assessments of the emigrant women characters and the phenomenon of emigration from Ukraine. Appraisal Theory allows us to identify such linguistic realisations of evaluations and interpret authors’ attitudinal positions voiced or implied in text. This research is significant as the first study of its kind using Appraisal Theory to analyse literary texts written in Ukrainian thus expanding the theory’s reach and relevance. Additionally, employing linguistic techniques when assessing the depiction of women’s emigration and its agents enriches an analysis by providing a detailed and balanced perspective. The findings of this research contribute to the fields of literary studies, linguistics, and migration studies. (shrink)
