Hypnotic ingroup–outgroup suggestion influences economic decision-making in an Ultimatum Game.Martin Brüne, Cumhur Tas, Julia Wischniewski, Anna Welpinghus, Christine Heinisch & Albert Newen - 2012 - Consciousness and Cognition 21 (2):939-946.

Populism and key concepts in social and political theory.Carlos de la Torre & Oscar Mazzoleni (eds.) - 2023 - Boston: Brill.
This volume aims to generate a dialogue between scholarship on populism and social and political theory. It focuses on citizenship, class, gender, cleavages, sovereignty, accountability, participation, leadership, and parties. The authors of this book have studied populism in Europe, the US, and Latin America from distinct perspectives. The chapters thus focus (...)

The article deals with the impact of the recent jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on the German labour law practice. After a brief introduction of the general importance of the jurisprudence of the ECHR for the German labour law (I.), the authors illustrate the German and the ECHR’s jurisprudence on the duty of loyalty towards the ecclesiastic employer (II.) and whistle blowing (III.). Analysing this jurisprudence, the authors come to the conclusion that the ECHR approved the (...)
