L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser les relations entre les mères ayant des enfants en situation de handicap ou présentant des difficultés développementales et les professionnelles au sein de crèches collectives dites inclusives. Dans le cadre d’une étude plus vaste, réalisée en France, portant sur le soutien des familles de jeunes enfants porteurs de handicap ou présentant des difficultés développementales, un entretien semi-directif a été réalisé auprès de neuf mères et de dix professionnelles pour analyser leurs (...) class='Hi'>relations. L’analyse qualitative de données est réalisée selon l’approche de Braun et Clarke (2006). Les principaux résultats mettent en évidence, pour les mères, l’importance du partage d’informations, le soutien apporté par les professionnelles ainsi que leurs compétences. Les professionnelles, quant à elles, soulignent l’échange d’informations et leur rôle d’accompagnement dans l’acceptation du handicap de l’enfant ou dans le processus de parentalité. Services offered to children require more and more family resources. The family is becoming not only a beneficiary of services, but also a privileged partner. This transformation tinges relationships between parents and professionals in such a way that each partner must adjust to this new reality. Parental development of empowerment lies within the scope of this transformation in which professional intervention is based on values of partnership and collaboration. The development of empowerment constitutes a conceptual framework for intervention within the (...) family and is defined equally as both process and result. Through this process, the parent develops perception of control and thus uses resources more frequently. This article presents the results of some research conducted on parental experiences which support the development of empowerment. Data was gathered from parents of children that receive services from the Rehabilitation Center for Intellectual Disabilities and Pervasive Developmental Disorders. Preliminary analyses indicate that parents often encounter enabling experiences and the relationship between parents and professionals is a determining factor in the development of empowerment within families, which can either harm or help this relationship. This paper assumes that the realization of a teaching action implies the conceptualisation and the theorization of practice, a positioning that allows to put things into perspective with respect to the professional activity and to learners, as well as a complex linguistic and cognitive positioning towards academic knowledge and institutional injunctions. This hypothesis is confronted with the scriptural positioning that young pre-service teachers adopt for the writing of their professional report, and is viewed through the lens of the point of (...) view issue. After having considered this issue in its various dimensions, the paper focuses on the linguistic concept of point of view, then analyses its relations to the adjacent notion of empathy and, more specifically, of empathic mobility. Finally, it explains how these linguistic technics, correlated to the empathic mobility and to the related abilities, contribute to the professionalization of (young) teachers by allowing them to problematize their own point of view; this problematization is achieved through a reflexive distance from the point of view of (institutional or academic) authority figures or from their own research objects and by taking into consideration their current situation and their experience in order to better emphasize the complexity of their research object and to better prepare for their professional activity. Cet article propose une analyse de la bifurcation à partir d’un corpus d’une soixantaine de récits de vie recueillis auprès de personnes en réorientation professionnelle. La reconversion professionnelle volontaire appréhendée comme une situation choisie par l’individu montre des cassures dans les trajectoires biographiques marquées par des changements d’univers professionnels, des ruptures familiales, un éclatement de la sphère relationnelle, et une perte de repères du soi. La thèse soumise ici est que le sens de l’événement n’est interprétable qu’à l’intérieur d’une biographie (...) particulière, elle-même inscrite dans un plan de sens à géométrie variable défini par des conditions objectives de contexte où les événements surviennent et déclenchent la réinterprétation du sens, imprimant une direction au devenir de la trajectoire. Le sens semble révisable à l’infini, il est contingent dans la bifurcation du regard porté par les autruis significatifs tour à tour déclencheurs ou soutiens de la reconversion professionnelle volontaire.This article examines the biographical change of direction based on a corpus of about sixty life stories of people undergoing professional reorientation. The professional retraining is regarded as a situation chosen by the individual and shows fissures in the biographical course marked by changes in the professional environments, divorce, a break in the relational sphere and a loss of oneself. The thesis supported in the present article is that the events can be interpreted only in the light of one particular biography, inscribed in the interpretation framework of the variable geometry defined by contextual objective conditions. The events occur and start the reinterpretation of the meaning in an already defined direction. The sense seems always revisable and contingent upon the evaluation of significant others, who support or even trigger off the voluntary professional retraining. (shrink)

Finally, the article suggests three avenues for future work on the notion of professional situation. Cette contribution invite à considérer la situation professionnelle au-delà d’une acception sociale d’un côté et d’une approche subjective d’autre part. Entendue comme objet intermédiaire, la situation professionnelle est étudiée comme résultant d’une tension entre invariance et perspective. Les données portent sur l’activité de conseillers dont le rôle est d’accompagner les agriculteurs confrontés aux normes agro-environnementales. This article, based on a socio-cognitive approach, deals with the professional training of student teachers in French agricultural education during their practical work experience. The main objective is to demonstrate that the student teacher’s social interaction with his academic advisor allows him to use and develop his professional knowledge relating to practical matters. Based on a qualitative analysis this study presents the results of an investigation of seven students and six academic advisors. The notion of situation is here developed based on the study of a data corpus elaborated during an experience with a practicum training model centred on writing and the construction of the professional situation by a subject-actor-author of the situation, in interaction with others, in the context of (...) nurse training. The analysis and interpretation of data brings to light a complex and unique unit, constructed in the space-time of a professional practice, a process during which several states succeed one another. The critical moment in action characterizes this unit; it is central to the process, mobilizing reflection in action, internal deliberation, and action-related decision. La situation professionnelle est identifiée comme interface majeure de la formation en alternance conçue ici comme une Ecole de la conjonction, une école où l’on apprend à relier, fondement d’une ingénierie de professionnalisation. This article is based on a pratice of formation making it possible to put un parallel the challenges of the professional equality taking into consideration those of mixed nature in order to apprehend the real equality as a new coopérative relational space between the women and the men. This practice tried out the conceptual methods of construction and clarified the “formative reciprocity” (Héber-Suffrin, 2011). A pedagogy of the creativity was installation around the setting in pictures of the professional equality. This study focuses on 22 former students looking for a job or newly entered into the teaching profession. Based on their autobiographical writings, this longitudinal research identifies nine variables influencing their integration. Their weights differ as well as the polarity of their influences. For example, while the steps to get a stable job are often seen as an obstacle, relational skills are an asset for integration into the profession. Although the context, such as the social policies or the professional world in mutation, highlights the emergence of a new professional project for educators of young children during their training period, the process of professionalization and the identity building involved during the training period will be more especially studied, in relation to the practical experience gathered during the internships (Wittorski, 2009). This experience awakes in the subject a reflection and a situation of identity building through the encounter and the interactions (...) with practical communities. While confronting with others, the student involves the realization, the self-continuity. Emotions and biographical facts are involved as well (Bourgeois et Barbier, 2006), thus maintaining the subject’s continuity and identity uniqueness through the perception of others. In this article, we will relate the process of professionalization and identity building to the concept of reliance, developed by Bolle de Bal (2003), within the scope of block-release training of educators of young children. In Quebec, dropout of university studies is a scarcely studied phenomenon, particularly in the 120-credit Bachelor’s degree programs in Vocational Education. More than 10 years after the implementation of these programs, the secondary analysis of existing data from two sources reveals that almost one in two students abandoned their studies. A look at the specific context these students are in, along with a discussion on theoretical and methodological issues related to these dropout statistics, are used to examine the complex and (...) troubling dropout phenomenon in this particular university program. In France, ULISs (localized units for inclusive education) offer a specific educational space within which coordinating teachers provide ongoing support to pupils with recognized disabilities. Our qualitative research study focuses on the implementation of educational pathways for the pupils involved. We focus on how coordinating teachers navigate this « in-between » space in their practices and how this in-between stance manifests itself. In this theoretical contribution, we interpret the notion of professional development in the light of concepts coming from cognitive development. This brings us to consider teacher training as not only having to allow the elaboration of skills, but also as having to encourage the development of new cognitive structures. We explore the theoretical concepts in relation with certain processes revealed by the reflexive texts of the students. The question of postures is a relatively recent concern for the actors involved in teacher education. It is important for the teacher educator to identify the postures he adopts so that the student teacher can learn to practice his profession independently and develop his professional singularity. In the same way, the mentor during the induction period, by adopting certain postures, plays a major role in the professional development of the beginning teacher. These aspects have been the subject of a doctoral (...) research conducted through a qualitative multiple-case study in a context of teacher induction. From the conversations between the mentors and the beginning teachers, several postures were identified. In addition, semi-structured interviews with the mentors revealed their conceptions relating to the accompaniment, which gave an orientation to the postures adopted. Once the theoretical framework of the accompaniment postures exposed, this paper states the link between these and the ethical principles underlying their practice, the vision of their role and their position towards the beginner. The Business of a Flesh-Merchant : Passion, Power, Profit in the Economy of Professional Boxing. France has witnessed a significant rise in the recourse to sub-contracting over the last twenty years. The article is the result of an inquiry carried out by way of observation and participation in a boxing club located on the outskirts of Chicago’s «South Side », close to the University of Chicago. The paper focuses on the matchmaker as a particular figure in the world of boxing. (...) A close study of what is a crucial function in the world of boxing throws light on the way the milieu of boxing operates, in its recruitment of young underprivileged Afro-Americans with a view to turning them into competent boxers. In his role as an intermediary, the function of the matchmaker is to oversee the encounter between supply and demand in what, to a large extent, is the body market of boxing. As the individual around whom all the transactions revolve, the matchmaker is the figure on whom the milieu’s various tensions and oppositions are projected. Regarded as an exploiter and a body-trafficker by most of the young men whom he hires, his peers deem him “an honest businessman”. He thus epitomises the general economy of boxing, here understood as a system of exchange of bodies, incorporated within a system of social relations, requiring both the general collaboration of its subjects and the celebration of the success of certain individuals, at the expense of others. The article thus puts forward an empirically grounded economic anthropology, based on the exchange and the wearing-away of what is the most precious possession of those young candidates for success: their own bodies. Cet article aborde, à partir de la répétition des maltraitances sur enfant dans la relation mère-fille, la fonction du processus de cette répétition selon la théorie freudienne et lacanienne dans un dispositif de soin dans le cadre de la pjj. Une vignette clinique met en évidence que l’insistance de la répétition du fantasme d’infanticide dans la généalogie féminine ne se réduit pas à la narration du traumatisme infantile mais devient une interrogation à l’adresse du Grand Autre pour se définir comme (...) sujet désirant, différent, afin de se soustraire à ce fantasme. Si cette demande sous-jacente à cette répétition n’est pas entendue par les professionnels, les institutions qui sont mis à l’épreuve, dans le transfert et le contretransfert, au profit de la fonction victimaire chez le sujet, les réponses apportées dans la réalité ne pourront que contribuer à assurer la jouissance mortifère de ce dernier dans la transgression, mettant en échec la fonction symbolique de la Loi. Les auteurs montrent, à travers l’efficacité du transfert et de la fonction symbolique de la Loi, que la psychanalyse sans divan peut s’adapter à une clinique du réel, clinique qui peut parfois réinterroger la théorie. The philosophies of education serve as the guide of the teachers in handling the teaching-learning process. However, a belief will remain as a belief unless it is practiced. This study aimed to find the relationship between the philosophical beliefs and practices of the 30 teachers of the schools in San Roque, Mabini, Bohol - San Roque Elementary School and San Roque National High School, S.Y. 2019-2020. The study utilized a quantitative method descriptive survey research design. The research instrument used was (...) a self-constructed questionnaire in which the reliability was tested by a Cronbach’s Alpha using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. Simple percentage and weighted mean were some of the statistical treatments used. Kendall’s tau_b, a non-parametric test, was used to determine the correlation between philosophical beliefs and their equivalent pedagogical practices. All of the statistical treatments were also run using the SPSS software. Further, the researcher assured the proper observation of the research ethics protocol. Based on the results, the philosophies of Progressivism (3.63) and Perennialism (3.31) were the most and least prevailing philosophical beliefs, respectively. On the other hand, the most and least prevailing philosophies practiced are Progressivism (3.69) and Essentialism (3.19), respectively. Moreover, research findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between the philosophical beliefs of teachers and their pedagogical practices. In conclusion, this study claims that teachers’ pedagogical practices are dependent to their philosophical beliefs; and as the teachers believed on a particular philosophy of education, they practice it accordingly to the extent of their adherence to the belief. Les relations entre l’avocat et le droit fiscal ont beau ne dater que d’une trentaine d’années, elles sont loin d’être paisibles et harmonieuses. En effet, la fiscalité étant au cœur du financement de l’État, l’explosion de la dette publique a placé la lutte contre la fraude fiscale au centre des politiques publiques. L’avocat fiscaliste a été présenté à l’opinion publique comme le facilitateur de cette fraude à combattre, voire comme le complice des fraudeurs, celui qui, grâce à sa connaissance (...) de la matière, permet une optimisation fiscale qualifiée d’agressive. Depuis près d’une quinzaine d’années, l’avocat fiscaliste fait l’objet de nombreuses mesures visant à le dissuader d’exercer son art dans le domaine du conseil : obligations de déclaration des schémas d’optimisation transfrontières, réduction du champ de son secret professionnel, etc., la liste des atteintes à sa pratique est hélas longue… Fort heureusement, avec au même moment l’introduction de la Question prioritaire de constitutionnalité, un champ nouveau de contentieux d’attaque de la norme s’est ouvert à lui. Ce contentieux particulier l’a conduit à se familiariser avec les concepts nouveaux de droits fondamentaux, qu’il a à son tour su utiliser contre les pouvoirs publics pour défendre son droit à conseiller ses clients afin de les aider à trouver la voie la moins imposée. Car l’avocat fiscaliste est un rouage indispensable du consentement à l’impôt, qui est le pilier de notre démocratie. As nursing moves towards a holistic approach to care, its publications on sexuality have proliferated. 'Sexuality' and 'Gender' are concepts which are extremely difficult to define. While sex refers to the physical differences of the body, gender concerns the psychological and sociocultural differences between females and males. This distinction between sex and gender is fundamental, since many differences between females and males are not biological in origin. And, when a person's gender and sex fall together in accordance with social norms, (...) it may not necessarily be a similar correlation for every individual. The nature of these similarities is essentially threefold. First, Thomas, Savage and Webb accept that there should be a nursing definition of sexuality. In different ways they acknowledge and refer to it as an integral part of a person's being and self concept. Secondly, the authors underline some of the complexities and difficulties nurses have defining and dealing with it in professional relationships as well as on the level of self reflection, knowledge, attitudes and beliefs. Thirdly, all three surveys show why such difficulties prevail, and go on to make suggestions for change in nursing interventions and training. This article summarizes these contributions and discusses the ethical problems which nurses face in dealing with the sexuality of their patients. Pendant que 'sexualité' fait allusion aux différences entre les corps, 'genre' regarde les différences psychologiques et socioculturelles entre femmes et hommes. Cette distinction entre sexualité et genre est fondamentale, puisque beaucoup des différences entre femmes et hommes ne sont pas d'origine biologique. Et quand le genre et la sexualité d'une personne sont en accord avec les normes sociaux, il n'y a toujours pas une même correlation pour chaque individu. La nature de ces ressemblances est triple: premièrement, Thomas, Savage et Webb acceptent qu'une définition pour infirmiers/ères de las sexualité devrait exister. De plusières manières ils l'acceptent, et en réfèrent comme à un part total de l'être et idée de soi de la personne. Deuxièmement, les auteurs soulignent quelques-unes des difficultés et complexités que les infirmier/ères rencontrent dans leurs relations professionnelles aussi bien que dans leurs reflexions, compréhensions, attitudes et convictions personelles. Troisièmement, les trois études montrent pourquoi ces difficultès continuent encore, et suggèrent des changements en interventions et formation professionnelle. L'article-ci résume ces contributions et discute les problèmes éthiques des infirmier/ères vis-à-vis de la sexualité de leurs malades. Sexualität bezieht sich auf die physikalischen, und Geschlecht auf die psychologischen und kulturellen Unterschiede zwischen Frauen und Männern. Diese Unterschiede zwischen Sexualität und Geschlecht sind grundsätzlich, denn viele Verschiedenheiten zwischen Frauen und Männern haben keinen biologischen Ursprung. Wenn die Sexualität und das Geschlecht einer Person zusammen fallen mit den gesellschaftlichen Normen, bedeutet es noch nicht, dass es sich für alle solche Leute auf das selbe hinbezieht. Das bedeutende dieser Aehnlichkeiten ist dreifach: erstens, Thomas, Savage und Webb akzeptieren dass es eine Definition der Sexualität für die Krankenpflege geben sollte. Auf verschiedene Arten bestätigen sie sie, und weisen auf das Wesen der Person und deren Selbst-Vorstellung als etwas Vollständiges hin. Zweitens, diese Autoren betonen die Verwicklungen und Schwierigkeiten, die das Krankenpflegepersonal hat mit der Sexualität in beruflichen Beziehungen wie auch in persönlichem Nachdenken, Einstellungen und Ueberzeugungen. Drittens, alle drei Ueberblicke zeigen warum solche Schwierigkeiten weiterhin bestehen, und machen Vorschläge für Aenderungen in Pflegeeingriffen und Unterricht. Dieser Artikel fasst diese Beiträge zusammen und diskutiert die ethischen Probleme die das Krankenpflegepersonal hat mit der Sexualität der Patienten. (shrink)

En s’appuyant sur une enquête de terrain concernant un établissement de la filière automobile, cet article cherche à montrer que le temps de travail a adopté un caractère flexible et fragmenté à la suite de transformations concomitantes de l’organisation du travail et des relations professionnelles. Ce temps est articulé au flux et au volume de production, ce qui le rend moins régulier et prévisible pour les salariés. Leur temps de travail peut ainsi varier à la hausse ou à (...) la baisse selon des contraintes de marché ou des aléas industriels. À cette flexibilité s’ajoute la désynchronisation du temps des différents ateliers et équipes à l’usine. En conséquence, les salariés et leurs représentants ont de moins en moins de prise sur un temps de travail qui semble s’imposer à eux, de l’extérieur. Face à cette situation, les marges de revendication des élus du personnel se réduisent. Ils tentent de redonner une certaine régularité et synchronicité au temps de travail quand il ne s’agit pas de négocier des contreparties salariales. Les transformations de l’organisation du travail en cours remettent donc en cause – mais de façon discrète – l’une des mesures dominantes du travail en régime fordien en réformant profondément les modalités de négociation sur le temps de travail. Trois rapports de la déontologie et du droit sont proposés pour saisir les relations, toujours ambiguës, entre ces deux champs normatifs. Ces rapports sont ici baptisés déontologies personnelle, professionnelle et publique. La première correspond à une morale privée, dont l’objectif est de garantir le bien commun, tandis que la deuxième renvoie à un corpus normatif spontané produit par une profession pour ses propres besoins, et la troisième consiste en une appropriation des deux autres par la puissance publique. La déontologie (...) se trouve donc désormais confondue avec le droit qui en déforme la vision originelle indifférente à la question disciplinaire, révélant ainsi l’actuelle moralisation du corpus juridique, lequel incarne un repère moral pour les individus. L’adoption a la particularité d’activer un champ fantasmatique dont l’auteur se propose d’éclairer certains aspects. La résonance entre la situation adoptive et ce que Freud a appelé le « roman familial » en fait un lieu possible d’exacerbation des rivalités, des fantasmes de rapt, des mécanismes d’idéalisation, aussi bien au sein des familles adoptantes que dans leurs relations avec les professionnels chargés de les accompagner. L’idéalisation conjointe parents-pro-fessionnels de la situation adoptive a pour effet d’empêcher la reconnaissance de la (...) négativité présente dans toute forme de transmission. Elle peut empêcher aussi le repérage de ce que l’auteur propose d’appréhender comme une clinique de la rupture de transmission. Cette rupture a parfois comme conséquence la mise en place de clivages internes à chacun des protagonistes, clivages qui vont se redoubler et diffuser sous forme de sidération ou de conflits dans l’agencement des professionnels gravitant autour de ces situations. Ces situations complexes, bouleversant profondément chacun, nécessitent des espaces spécifiques de traitement et de réflexion pour en construire des modalités de compréhension. (shrink)

Tout titulaire d’un compte dans un réseau socionumérique organise et gère son propre réseau de relations. De récents travaux en géographie considèrent que certaines frontières sont elles-mêmes aujourd’hui des réseaux. L’hypothèse explorée ici est que ces réseaux de relations sont en même temps des frontières. Cette « frontièreréseau » délimite un espace virtuel, est flexible, de géométrie et perméabilité variables, mais présente une faible capacité de protection. Par contre, elle permet le dépassement des frontières traditionnelles et peut jouer (...) un rôle stratégique dans des conflits. Des exemples d’application en sont donnés dans les domaines de la vie privée et professionnelle et de la géopolitique.Anyone who has a social network account sets up and manages its own network of relationships. Recent studies in geography consider that besides traditional physical borders, a new kind of border is developing in the form of social networks. The hypothesis explored here is that these networks of relationships make up border areas in themselves, by setting the bounds of a virtual space. These networkcum-border areas are flexible according to circumstances, they vary in shape, size and permeability, but they are relatively ineffectual in terms of protection. On the other hand, they can transcend traditional frontiers and thus have a strategic role in conflicts. Examples are given in private and professional life and in geopolitics. (shrink)

Du moment où, en juin 1934, se noue entre eux une relation amoureuse et jusqu’à leur mariage en août 1937, les ethnologues Denise Paulme et André Schaeffner entretiennent une correspondance régulière. Si les lettres d’André Schaeffner n’ont pas été retrouvées, celles de Denise Paulme constituent une source essentielle pour observer les débuts d’une carrière scientifique féminine dans l’entre-deux-guerres. Elles nous révèlent que l’expérience de terrain, désormais située au cœur du parcours de l’ethnologue professionnel, a permis à Denise Paulme d’asseoir les (...) bases d’une légitimité qui ne lui était pas acquise. Mais elles mettent également en évidence la nécessité, pour une femme, de penser conjointement sa vie affective et sa vie scientifique, pour conquérir une place dans celle de ces deux vies où elle n’était pas attendue. Participation du public au programme, symbolisée par la présence à l’écran de personnes anonymes issues de la société civile et par une interactivité poussée exprimée par les votes. Imbrication difficile à décrypter pour le téléspectateur entre réalité et fiction. Dimension ludique du programme et vécu en direct qui entretiennent le double (...) phénomène d’identification et de distanciation. Mise en scène de la dimension relationnelle de la vie privée. Écho de la culturelle adolescente, surtout dans son aspect interrelationnel. Utilisation du média comme acteur de la vie sociale, et notamment comme agent de promotion professionnelle.The show Loft Story represents the most extreme form of « neotelevision ». The communication contract it proposes to its audience brings together most of the elements that characterize modern television. 1) Public participation in the programme . 2) Unability for viewers to clearly sort out what pertains to reality and what belongs to fiction. 3) Playful dimension of a live broadcast that simultaneously triggers identificatory and distancing processes. 4) Focus on the private realm and on its relational dimension. 5) Particular attention paid to adolescent cultures, especially in their interrelational aspects. 6) Transformation of the medium into a social actor in its own right, specially as an agent of professional promotion. In this theoretical contribution, we interpret the notion of professional development in the light of concepts coming from cognitive development. This brings us to consider teacher training as not only having to allow the elaboration of skills, but also as having to encourage the development of new cognitive structures. We explore the theoretical concepts in relation with certain processes revealed by the reflexive texts of the students. Finally, we propose ways that could foster certain dimensions of global professional development in (...) learners, among which self-regulated learning, the focus on certain concerns and taking into account certain types of information. Nous proposons dans cette contribution une lecture spinoziste de la recommandation de bonne pratique « Voir la personne derrière la pathologie ». Il nous a semblé intéressant, en effet, de nous poser la question suivante : lorsqu’on recommande de prendre soin de la personne qu’est le patient derrière l’organe malade, qu’est-ce que cela implique, d’un point de vue anthropologique et psychologique, pour la personne qu’est le soignant? Est-ce que cela ne risque pas d’être vécu comme une mise en danger personnelle, (...) pour celui qui est au contact de situations dramatiques au quotidien de sa pratique professionnelle? Ces questionnements nous invitent à suivre deux pistes réflexives. Premièrement, penser une nouvelle anthropologie éthique de la relation de soins, par-delà les grands principes désincarnés de la bioéthique. Deuxièmement, redonner une place au corps organique et affectif du soignant dans la relation de soins, ainsi qu’à ce que ce dernier sent de la situation au-delà ou aux côtés de l’imagerie et des analyses médicales. Ces pistes réflexives ont elles-mêmes donné lieu à des expérimentations pratiques : proposer aux soignants de faire l’expérience d’autres manières d’être affectés, et leur proposer de contribuer activement à une réflexion éthique participative sur leur pratique. Cela implique en retour de sortir de l’immédiateté des effets attendus, et d’inscrire l’éthique en santé dans une temporalité longue, dans un devenir sans cesse réalimenté. (shrink)

Entre théorie et pratique, éducation et psychanalyse, l’auteur propose un espace de symbolisation des affects, émois, ressentis. Elle illustre son propos par la relation et l’analyse de deux séances en groupe d’analyse des pratiques avec des éducateurs en formation. Elle montre la nécessité de penser les situations où la subjectivité des consultants et des professionnels est mise en difficulté. Cette pensée est garante de l’accès à notre propre désir.

This paper argues that while the classical, essentialist conception of identity is appealing due to its simplicity, it does not adequately capture the complexity of professional or individual identity. The appeal to essentialism in librarianship contributes to some serious problems for the profession, such as exclusion and homogeneity in the workplace, high attrition rates of minority librarians, exploitation and alienation of an underrepresented workforce, as well as stereotyping. This paper examines the theoretical landscape with regard to the identity question and (...) proposes a more fitting alternative to essentialism, namely the relational conception of identity, and engages in a philosophical argument for the adoption of the relational account as a theoretical grounding for an understanding of the complex, fluid, and emergent nature of librarian identity within our dynamic profession. Dans les pays occidentaux, de nombreux nouveaux parents se sentent seuls et parfois impuissants avec leur nouveau-né. Ce sentiment peut être lié à un défaut d’étayage familial dans l’immédiat post-partum. Cet article présente, à partir d’une recherche universitaire plus large, un cas clinique approfondi dans lequel la distance familiale et géographique a été un facteur de vulnérabilité majeur. Ce cas montre les incidences multiples et intriquées d’un défaut d’étayage familial sur les processus intrapsychiques et intersubjectifs : dépression du post-partum chez (...) la mère qui persiste dans le temps, relations conjugales et parentales qui se dégradent progressivement, et sur les interactions précoces difficiles. Révéler l’existence de ce risque améliorera la compréhension des besoins des parents et des bébés après la naissance et permettrait d’envisager une adaptation plus fine des pratiques professionnelles et des programmes de santé publique et, à plus grande échelle, des politiques familiales. The tertiary industry development has increased researches on service relationship and professional skills needed in relational professions. Universities and education fields have also adapted their programs to ensure students acquire these new skills. However, knowledge on the topic is still incomplete. At the same time, professions are required to rationalize their outputs. To meet this requirement, the use of reflexive approaches has become common. Despite the increase of these approaches, few data are available on how they are conceived and used. (...) In order to identify the current perspectives, this article presents the results of a scientific literature analysis on reflexivity in four relational professions : social work, education, nursing and psychology. L’article relate la prise en charge de la vulnérabilité et de la « folie » des résidents du site des Grands Voisins, tout particulièrement à travers les activités d’accompagnement que les associations Aurore et Yes We Camp ont proposées pour le projet d’insertion « Les Comptoirs du projet Food », qui a réuni des cuisiniers professionnels et non professionnels autour d’une expérience de cuisine partagée.

Cet article relate l’expérience vécue d’une transition professionnelle entre la biologie et la bioéthique. Il apparaît qu’un des éléments clé de cette transition réside dans une compréhension épistémologique de cette discipline : la tâche principale du bioéthicien est moins de développer des réflexions éthiques que de borner et de comprendre le contexte général dans lequel sont ancrées les problématiques sur lesquelles il travaille.
